There are few things as nutrient dense as a smoothie. The ingredient options are endless and it’s easy to slip in nutrient boosters for added nourishment. Smoothies for kids can get a little tricky though. I don’t know about your kids, but mine won’t touch a green smoothie packed with 5 kinds of leafy greens (like I will!). Instead I need to get creative with my kids and make sure their smoothies are yummy AND nutritious.
