I start thinking about my healthy cup of coffee about 10 seconds after I wake up. Coffee addiction, anyone? Maybe. I love the ritual of a warm cup of Joe first thing in the morning. My tummy likes something warm, and slowing down to enjoy my coffee helps me center and focus before the day gets started. Also, because my cup of coffee includes a healthy fat and protein, my blood sugar levels stay happy too.
