2tbsporganic whole milk plain yogurtplain (this is optional. I find tomato sauce to be a little too acidic for Kula Baby and this cuts the acid taste for him--it seemed to work tonight.)
2tbspcheddar cheeseoptional

Instructions
Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add marinara sauce, cooked turkey and broccoli. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes. In blender add marinara sauce, raw spinach, raw zucchini, raw basil, yogurt and cheese. Blend to combine. You should have a thicker sauce now. Boil noodles for 7-10 minutes or until soft. Mix noodles with sauce and serve.
The raw spinach and zucchini go unnoticed in this mixture which means Kula Baby is getting more nutrients without ever being the wiser. He gobbled this up and looked at me as if to say: Pasta? SUCKER.
Heat destroys vitamins so keeping the greens as raw as possible in this recipe is key. I did heat the broccoli up though. I wasn't feeling too sure about raw broccoli but if someone tries it, let me know!!!
