1cuporganic raw cashewssoaked overnight (this softens them up and also makes them easier to digest)
1cupfiltered water
1pearpeeled and chopped
Instructions
In a food processor or Vitamix add the nuts and blend/chop them up for a minute or two. Add the water and pears and keep blending until the cashews turn into a nice cream. You can also add cinnamon to this recipe for a nice kick. Serve on oatmeal, soups, applesauce, etc. The options are endless. Enjoy!
