This is one of my baby’s favorite breakfast recipes.
- 1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt (store-bought is fine)
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
- 1 small apple chopped into small chunks and steamed

Mix and serve.
Variations: Add fresh berries, chopped raw nuts and seeds (when your child is older and starts eating them), nutritional yeast, flax oil, etc. This breakfast serves as a great base for many taste sensations and it also hides a lot of "good for you" boosters like flax oil.
