When milk is warm, add raw cacao powder, sweetener and vanilla.
Whisk to combine
Add in gelatin to the mixture and keep mixing to make sure it doesn't clump
You want your milk hot, but not boiling
When all ingredients are well combined, pour into silicone molds and place in fridge for 1 hr.
Keep in the fridge, they will retain their shape better than way. We travel with these and in a cooler they will hold their shape for a few hours, after that they get a little jello-like.
