Who doesn’t love antioxidants first thing in the morning?
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk or milk substitute
- 1 teaspoon flax oil
- 1 tablespoon organic whole milk plain yogurt if you're feeling a little crazy, add 2 tablespoons! I use Strauss Organic yogurt
Put milk and oatmeal in a pan and heat until you reach a low boil. Turn down and simmer until oatmeal is done. Pour into bowl and add fresh berries, yogurt, and oil. Serve immediately!
