Who doesn’t love antioxidants first thing in the morning?
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk or rice milk
- 1 teaspoon flax oil
- 1 tablespoon whole milk vanilla or plain yogurt (if you're feeling a little crazy, add 2 tablespoons! I use Strauss Organic yogurt)
- Put milk and oatmeal in a pan and heat until you reach a low boil. Turn down and simmer until oatmeal is done. Pour into bowl and add fresh berries, yogurt, and oil. Serve immediately!
