Who doesn’t love antioxidants first thing in the morning?

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk or rice milk
  • 1 teaspoon flax oil
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk vanilla or plain yogurt (if you're feeling a little crazy, add 2 tablespoons!  I use Strauss Organic yogurt)
  1. Put milk and oatmeal in a pan and heat until you reach a low boil.  Turn down and simmer until oatmeal is done.  Pour into bowl and add fresh berries, yogurt, and oil.  Serve immediately!
