
Who doesn’t love antioxidants first thing in the morning?
1/4 cup rasberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk or rice milk
1 teaspoon flax oil
1 tablespoon whole milk vanilla or plain yogurt (if you’re feeling a little crazy, add 2 tablespoons! I use Strauss Organic yogurt)
Put milk and oatmeal in a pan and heat until you reach a low boil. Turn down and simmer until oatmeal is done. Pour into bowl and add fresh berries, yogurt, and oil. Serve immediately!
