Monounsaturated fats:
- Olive oil
- Almond oil
- Avocado
- Most nuts (eat raw or soaked overnight)
- Peanut oil
- Rice oil
Polyunsaturated fats:
- Essential fatty acids (borage, flaxseed, primrose). Do not cook with these oils!
- Sesame oil
- Wheat germ oil
- Corn oil
- Cottonseed oil
- Safflower oil
- Soybean oil
- Sunflower oil
Saturated fats (use sparingly):
- Ghee (clarified butter)
- Extra virgin, cold pressed, Coconut oil
