This is one of my baby’s favorite breakfast recipes.

Coconut Yogurt Breakfast
  • ¼ cup coconut milk yogurt (you can buy this at the store or make your own!)
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 1 small apple, chopped into small chunks and steamed
  1. Mix and serve.
Variations: Add fresh berries, chopped raw nuts and seeds (when your child is older and starts eating them), nutritional yeast, flax oil, etc. This breakfast serves as a great base for many taste sensations and it also hides a lot of "good for you" boosters like flax oil.
