Mexican Fiesta
1/2 cup cooked whole grain (I used quinoa)
1/2 cup steamed spinach
2 tablespoons salsa
1/2 cup black beans (I used pinto beans because that’s all we had but black beans are what we usually use)
1/4 avocado
2 tablespoons cheese (this is optional)
Blend ingredients together to desired consistency and serve.
